如果说优异的GMAT成绩证明了申请者的智力水平和标准化考试能力、突出的GPA成绩体现了申请者良好的学业历史记录、杰出的全职工作经历展现了申请者的独特性和已具有的分析解决问题能力、那么申请文书Essay则是对申请者整体素质的综合表现，对商学院录取评审委员会的决定有着重大影响。去美国读MBA专业留学文书要怎么写，才能获得招生官的青睐呢？

（1）领导能力。指申请者能够将不同类型的人才紧密团结在自己身边，充分发挥其聪明才智，使其在一个高效团结的组织中圆满地完成各自的分工，最终能够使整个组织实现自己的目标。这是一个未来的商业领袖所必须具备的能力，也是几乎所有的美国商学院在Essay写作要求中都会明确规定的项目。

As per Murphy’s Law, "Anything that can go wrong will go wrong". People complains about raining when they do not take umbrellas. I am the one who always have a plan B.

Slight mysophobia, wet tissue makes me always tidy and clean. Perfectionism makes me not perfect buy I enjoy all plans can be done systematically and prudently.

In my view, being at the very center of business doesn’t mean that I should locate in New York, Hong Kong or Shanghai, but being close enough to those great business leaders. CBS not only owns world renowned scholars, but many of them are great leaders in their fields. They have insight about industrial development, the society and world economy.

a. 无需重复自己的申请信息如GPA,GMAT成绩，相反，申请人应该通过essays给招生委员会一些表面上看不到的信息，如：自己面对竞争的态度和方法如何等。

b. 注重细节的描写，不要什么都泛泛而谈

c. 强调真实性，尤其是人物的真实性，那就是说描写内容不要太夸张
